Sustainability at Richemont

Sustainability at Richemont

Sustainability at Richemont is driven by a common framework to harmonise strategies, with a centralised oversight, to conduct business responsibly across Maisons and regions. This framework has been embedded further during the year to ensure a consistent application of policies and risk management, and to foster collaboration across the Group and with external partners.

Executive Summary 2025

The Executive Summary of the Non-Financial Report 2025 provides an overview of Richemont's sustainability approach across environment, social, supply chain, and governance.

Sustainability Approach

Richemont’s sustainability approach is rooted in the Group’s values and culture. The Group has developed a risk-based approach to manage its business responsibly and has continued to embed its ESG Management System, which plays a key role in guiding actions with greater attention to accountability, governance, policies as well as training and capacity building.

"Sustainability is embraced under our purpose – We Craft the Future – through the actions we take to preserve our business, by complying with business standards and regulations and by sharing our progress. Guided by the Group’s values, we adopt a risk-based approach to sustainability management in the organisation."
