Corporate calendar

The Group's silent or closed periods each year are as follows:

• from 1 April up to the time of the annual results announcement
• from 1 July up to the time of the trading update for the quarter ended 30 June
• from 1 October up to the time of the interim results announcement
• from mid-December up to the time of the trading update for the quarter ended 31 December

These dates may vary depending on the date of relevant announcement. Ad hoc closed periods may also be introduced for broad business reasons.
