Second cohort graduates from Richemont Mustaqbalkom Trainee Programme in the United Arab Emirates

Richemont is proud to announce the graduation of the second cohort from its Mustaqbalkom Trainee Programme in the United Arab Emirates. Mustaqbalkom, meaning “your future" in Arabic, paves a path for Emirati Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates to explore various career options within the Group.
A ceremony was hosted to commemorate the seven Emirati graduates, the majority of whom have secured fulltime employment within the Group, a testament to the programme's success in developing the next generation of luxury industry talents.
An extraordinary learning experience
Launched in May 2022, the Richemont Mustaqbalkom Trainee Programme offers Emirati Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates a tailored curriculum to help accelerate their careers in the luxury industry.
The programme follows a unique learning experience, divided into three distinct eight-month rotations that cover various corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail and Business Development. Here, the graduates partake in stimulating training projects and collaborate with experienced colleagues from different Richemont Maisons and functions. Maximising their growth potential, they have the opportunity to explore a range of roles, teams and responsibilities within each rotation. Upon successful completion of the two-year programme, all trainees receive a programme diploma; the most deserving trainees are also given the opportunity to join the Group full time.

The programme will continue to invest in Emirati graduates and provide opportunities to develop potential and accelerate career progression. The third cohort of graduates will graduate in May 2025.
