Dividend information

The Board has approved a total dividend of CHF 4.30 per ‘A’ share/10 ‘B’ shares made up of an ordinary dividend of CHF 3.30, in addition to a special dividend of CHF 1.00. The dividend was paid following the Annual General Meeting held in Geneva on Wednesday 9 September 2026.

The last day to trade Richemont ‘A’ shares on the Swiss Stock Exchange (‘SIX’) and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (‘JSE’) cum-dividend was Tuesday 15 September 2026. Both trade ex-dividend since Wednesday 16 September 2026.

Richemont A shares on SIX

The dividends on the Richemont ‘A’ shares traded on SIX was paid on Monday 21 September 2026 and was paid in Swiss francs. 

Richemont A shares on JSE

The dividends in respect of the Richemont ‘A’ shares traded on the JSE was paid on Monday 28 September and was paid in South African rand. Further details regarding the latter dividend payments may be found in a separate announcement dated Friday 22 May 2026 on SENS, the JSE news service. The exchange rate applicable for the conversion of Swiss franc to rand for payment of the dividend is ZAR 19.82150 :CHF 1. Accordingly, the net dividend payable per South African ‘A’ share after South African dividend tax is ZAR 5 113.94700  cents.
