당사는 유럽 경제 지역 및 스위스 이외 지역의 계열사로 귀하의 정보가 전송되는 경우 귀하의 정보를 보호하기위한 적절한 보호 장치가 마련되도록 표준 계약 조항을 실행합니다. 유럽 경제 지역 및 스위스 이외의 제3자 서비스 제공업체와 귀하의 정보를 공유하는 경우(자세한 사항은 “정보 공유” 섹션 참조), 당사는 제3자 서비스 제공업체에게 귀하를 보호하기 위한 적절한 보호 장치 실행을 계약상으로 의무화합니다.

채용 전 신원 확인

정보 유지

Information you provide to us and how we use it

To access certain areas of our Platforms, you will need to register with us. If you choose to interact with us via a social media platform or other third-party service, we will collect the information you have provided to us through that platform.
We also automatically collect certain information about visitors to our Platforms, as described in the section headed ‘Cookies and other information that we automatically collect’, below.
We will use the information we collect from you to

• manage and maintain our talent database;
• deal with your enquiries and requests;
• send service-related communications, including job opportunities and administrative messages such as change of password;

Like most platforms, Richemont Careers logs IP addresses and uses cookies and similar technologies that allow us to recognise you and customise your experience, and which provide us with information about the way our Platform visitors access our Platforms. IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer or mobile device, including, where available, your IP address, operating system, log-in times and browser type. We use this information to better understand how visitors use our Platforms and for internal reporting purposes.

Cloud hosting and international transfers

Information that we collect may be transferred to, stored and processed in any country or territory where one or more of our affiliated group companies or third-party service providers are located or maintain facilities. Retaining your information

We keep your information for only as long as is necessary for our purposes, for example to send you information relating to current and future vacancies across the Richemont group and to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim. However, the maximum time we will retain your information is a period of three years. After this period, it will be deleted or, in some cases, anonymised. Where we sought your consent to process your personal information and we have no other lawful basis to continue with that processing, we will delete your personal information if you subsequently withdraw your consent.If you request that we no longer send you communications regarding future vacancies, we will keep a record of your request and contact details to ensure that your request is respected until such time as your information is deleted.

Protecting your information

We want you to feel confident about using our Platforms, and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it in order to provide you with products or services or in order to do their jobs. Children

The Platforms are not directed at anyone who we know to be under the age of 13, nor do we collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should not use the Platforms and should not submit any personal information to us.

Updates to this Privacy Notice

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Notice. When we do, we will publish the changes on our Platforms. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not continue to use our Platforms.
