As part of Richemont’s ongoing commitment to DEI, we are supporting Raise Fashion’s 10 week internship programme for students from four Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)

Richemont is delighted to announce our partnership with RAISEfashion & #ANTIRACISMFUND on “The Homecoming Initiative”.

This 10-week internship programme supports students from four Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) - Howard University, Spelman College, Morehouse College, and Florida A&M University - to enter into the retail and fashion industry. Through this programme, Richemont will welcome three interns in our New York City office in business development, marketing and internal communications.

“Companies must be proactive in diversifying their workforce in order to create the most inclusive, equitable environment possible, and this pipeline program is a concrete step to doing so. It means so much to me professionally and personally that Richemont has made this commitment, setting an example in our industry and supporting change within our company,” says Alexa Geovanos, Brand President of North America for Chloé, and Board Member of RAISEfashion.
