Marie-Aude Stocker

French, born 1966

Ms Stocker is a member of the Senior Executive Committee.

She brings 35 years of international commercial, retail and HR experience in the luxury industry to the role, including 28 years in the Group.

A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP) business school with a certification from the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN), Ms Stocker began her career in the perfume industry at Balenciaga in Hong Kong in 1989, after which she moved to Escada Beauté in Paris. She joined the Group in 1996 as Retail Manager for Cartier Southeast Asia, based in Singapore. In 2004, she was appointed to lead International Training and Internal Communications for Cartier. Ms Stocker then joined Van Cleef & Arpels as Human Resources Director in 2010. In 2015, she became Human Resources Director at Richemont Asia Pacific, before returning to Van Cleef & Arpels as Director of People, Development and Prospective in 2018.

Ms Stocker has been Chief People Officer of Richemont since January 2025.
