Catherine Rénier

French, born 1975

Mrs Rénier is a member of the Senior Executive Committee.

A graduate of Boston College with a Master of Business Administration, she brings over 25 years of jewellery and luxury watchmaking experience at Richemont to the role.

Mrs Rénier began her career in 1999 as Cartier North America’s Retail Development Director in New York. In 2003, she moved to Paris to join Van Cleef & Arpels as Deputy Marketing Manager, where she contributed to the development of the Maison. In 2008, she relocated to Hong Kong to support the Maison’s growth in the Asia Pacific region, first as Commercial Director, then as Managing Director for Hong Kong & Macau SAR, China in 2011 and finally as President for Asia Pacific, a position that she held for eight years. In 2018, Mrs Rénier was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Jaeger-LeCoultre, where she built a strong leadership team and enriched the Maison’s identity in the watchmaking industry.

Mrs Rénier has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Van Cleef & Arpels since September 2024.
