In December 2023, we obtained the global gender EQUAL-SALARY certification from the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation recognising our commitment to ensuring a fair and equal wage policy between women and men for our more than 38,000 colleagues across 39 markets (excluding YNAP and sites in Russia). This achievement represents a major milestone in our ongoing efforts to build equitable and inclusive workplace.
Also at local level we constantly follow our performance across key indicators such as the “Equality Index” in France, where our relevant entities currently rank between 94-98/100. Richemont is dedicated to continuous improvement in this area.
