The Group’s website reflects the restructuring effected on 20 October 2008. However, certain pages contain information relating to the financial year ended 31 March 2008, the Group’s structure for that period and up to the restructuring date, including references to British American Tobacco plc. Further details of the restructuring are provided in the Information Memorandum dated 15 August 2008.
