The Group's Management Committee is composed of the Board's executive directors together with the Chief Executive Officers of certain leading business units as well as regional and functional heads.

The executive management is charged by the Board of Directors with implementing the strategic policies determined by the Board. It is empowered to conduct the day-to-day strategic and operational management including, inter alia, the financial management of the Group. It is responsible for the management of the Group's underlying businesses and investments, subject at all times to an obligation to provide adequate information on the development of those businesses to the Board.
