YOOX-NET-A-PORTER publishes its first annual Infinity Strategy Close Up for 2021; a progress update on the first year of the Infinity Strategy. Launched in November 2020, Infinity captures the group's ten-year sustainability vision across four strategic focus areas: Circular Business, Circular Culture, Planet Positive and People Positive. These pillars are designed to drive and focus an ambitious vision to create a more sustainable, circular and inclusive industry for luxury and fashion.

The Infinity Close-Up 2021 spotlights the YOOX-NET-A-PORTER's progress against the 12 commitments of the Infinity sustainability strategy. As well as major achievements, it covers the smaller but meaningful changes that will cumulatively make a difference, alongside stories of some of the additional projects initiated that are contributing to its long-term, ambitious vision to create positive change.

As a group of leading online stores with global influence, sitting at the intersection of numerous valued brand partners and over five million customers, YOOX-NET-A-PORTER is ambitious about the long-term impact it can make. At the heart of this is making circular luxury more available, desirable and intuitive for customers.

The first year of the strategy focused on laying the groundwork needed to realise the group's 2030 ambitions. The Infinity Close Up captures progress so far, and is an opportunity to reassess priorities, refocus efforts and unite the company in its aspirations, driven by the urgent needs of our community and planet.

We've made a promising start, despite the ongoing challenges and disruptions from the pandemic, but this is just the beginning of a long and ambitious journey to become a sustainable business.
