Explorer Programme

We have launched an internal program for people who are keen to develop outside their current role and who value experiences over linear career pathways. The program aims to foster the growth of our young talent, to prepare the future and encourage young ‘risk-takers’ to come forward. For each cycle, 15 positions and project-based missions are made available, offered by the Maisons and Regional functions. The Explorer programme is open to all our employees, regardless of their role or current function. Interested people are applying to the programme and not a specific position. Once selected, they embark on a six-month period in a different country and on a specific mission.
