As 57% of our global workforce and 61% of our Millenials workforce are women, we see it as our responsibility to support them in important moments in their career when major decisions are being taken. This is why we have created a women's network called ConnectHer that aims to give younger women professionals get access to senior leaders (both men and women) who can support them in these important moments. In addition, different Maisons have established women leadership programmes to equip women leaders with the appropriate tools to succeed in their next career step, such as Cartier’s “Make your Mark” and IWC Schaffhausen‘s “Women In Charge”.
