In order to provide better visibility and awareness of our international benefits schemes, a global wellbeing campaign was developed in close collaboration with our employees and implemented in 2019.

Adaptability and flexibility is key in today's workplace

In order to provide better visibility and awareness of our international benefits schemes, a global wellbeing campaign was developed in close collaboration with our employees and implemented in 2019. Over the past year, four major enhancements were introduced in relation to these benefits: Employee Assistance Programme (Wecare), Flexible Benefits Schemes, Leave For Primary Caregiver, Flexible/Remote Working) to ensure that at Richemont our people are aware of the support available to every employee and given the complexity of aligning professional career with personal life. This creates a truly flexible approach that enables our team to adapt to the new ways of working.
