In this Privacy Notice, we use the term Richemont or Richemont Careers (and ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’) to refer to the head office of Richemont International S.A., having its registered office at 50 Chemin de la Chênaie, CH-1293 Bellevue, Geneva, Switzerland.

Information you provide to us and how we use it

We collect the information from you as detailed below:

• To access certain areas of our Platforms, you will need to register with us. During the registration process, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (for example, your name, addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, CV, work experience, qualification details and information regarding past employment). By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Richemont to provide you with the services you select.

• In addition, we may also collect personal information from you when you correspond with us (for example, when you send us e-mail communications or use the contact form).

• If you choose to interact with us via a social media platform or other third-party service, we will collect the information you have provided to us through that platform.

• We also automatically collect certain information about visitors to our Platforms, as described in our Cookie Policy.

• We will collect information about your location to the extent that we provide any location services, described in the section headed “Location services” below.

We will use the information we collect from you to

• manage and maintain our talent database;

• deal with your enquiries and requests;

• send service-related communications, including job opportunities and administrative messages such as change of password;

• announce and send to you current and future HR and careers opportunities, services and events relating to the Richemont group in accordance with your communications preferences (please see the ‘How to edit, delete or access your personal information’ section below for further information about how you can control these updates);

• conduct market research so that we can continuously improve the services we provide to our candidates and employees;

• prevent illegal activities and form part of our efforts to keep our Platforms secure; and

• understand how our Platforms are used so that we can continuously improve our Platforms and offerings.

Cookies and other information that we automatically collect

Cookies

This website uses cookies according to our Cookie Policy. This Cookie Policy is available to users on each page of the website linked to this Privacy Notice and on each information banner regarding cookies.

IP addresses

We may collect information about your computer or mobile device, including, where available, your IP address, operating system, log-in times and browser type. We use this information to better understand how visitors use our Platforms and for internal reporting purposes.

Location services

Some of the services that we provide are able to use information about your location. For these services, which are typically available on mobile devices or applications, you are provided with the opportunity to consent to the use of location services, which, for example, process information identifying your location derived from GPS or Wi-Fi access points. Your device will have settings that allow you to turn off these services should you no longer wish to benefit from them.

Sharing your information

We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies outside the Richemont group, except under the following circumstances:

• To third-party providers who provide services on our behalf.

• We may disclose your personal information to any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.

• We may disclose your personal information to any third party that purchases, or to which we transfer, all or substantially all of our assets and business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that the entity to which we transfer your personal information uses it in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice.

Cloud hosting and international transfers

Information that we collect may be transferred to, stored and processed in any country or territory where one or more of our affiliated group companies or third-party service providers are located or maintain facilities. Some of these third parties will use cloud-based storage solutions. While other territories may not have the same standards of data protection as those within your home country, we will continue to protect the personal information we transfer in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
We have implemented standard contractual clauses to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your information where it is transferred to our affiliated companies in territories outside the European Economic Area and Switzerland. Where we share your information with a third-party service provider outside of the European Economic Area and Switzerland (as detailed in the section entitled ‘Sharing your information’), we contractually oblige the third-party service provider to implement adequate safeguards to protect your information.

Pre-employment screening

Our employees are part of a global family working in a fair, open and trusted environment. It is important for us to ensure that new employees joining Richemont have a strong commitment to our shared values.

We therefore reserve the right to ask all candidates in the final stages of recruitment to undergo a pre-employment screening check. Our approach to pre-employment screening is based on the principles of transparency and mutual respect and is conducted in line with all applicable regulations.

For applicants in the United Kingdom only: where any special category and/or criminal convictions data is processed by us or a third party service provider engaged by us, as a result of any candidate pre-screening checks, we hold such data in accordance with our Appropriate Policy Document. The Appropriate Policy Document explains the special category data and criminal offence data we collect and process, as well as our lawful basis for processing such data, together with our procedures for complying with the data protection principles and how we ensure compliance with A.5 of the GDPR.

Retaining your information

We keep your information for only as long as is necessary for our purposes, for example to send you information relating to current and future vacancies across the Richemont group and to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim. However, the maximum time we will retain your information is a period of one year. After this period, it will be deleted or, in some cases, anonymised. Where we sought your consent to process your personal information and we have no other lawful basis to continue with that processing, we will delete your personal information if you subsequently withdraw your consent.
If you request that we no longer send you communications regarding future vacancies, we will keep a record of your request and contact details to ensure that your request is respected until such time as your information is deleted.

Protecting your information

We want you to feel confident about using our Platforms, and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect. We limit access to personal information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it in order to provide you with products or services or in order to do their jobs. We have appropriate technical and organisational safeguards (physical, electronic and procedural) to protect the personal information that you provide us with against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction.
However, where we ask you to choose a password in order to access certain parts of our Platforms, you are responsible for selecting a secure password and keeping that password confidential. You should choose a password that you do not use on any other site, and you should not share it with anyone else.

How to edit, delete or access your personal information

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information that we hold about you in our records, to correct any inaccuracies and to update any out-of-date information. In some circumstances, you may also have the right to request the erasure of your personal information or restriction of its use. You can also ask us not to send you vacancy-related communications. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please write to us at the address listed below.
You may unsubscribe from job-alert communications at any time by contacting us at the address below in the section headed ‘Contact us’ or clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any of our job-alert e-mails.

If you have a concern about how we use your information, as a first step, please contact us using the details set out below and we will do our best to resolve your concern. After investigating your concern, we will respond to you in writing within a reasonable time, setting out our proposed remedial action. You also have the right to complain to a European Data Protection Authority if you think we have processed your personal information in a manner that is unlawful or breaches your rights.

Children

The Platforms are not directed at anyone who we know to be under the age of 13, nor do we collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should not use the Platforms and should not submit any personal information to us.

California Residents

This section applies solely to the personal information collected online and offline of California job applicants. This section is intended to address the relevant notice requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), and uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the CCPA.

• Your information, sources and purposes: Please refer to the sections above headed “Information you provide to us and how we use it” and “Cookies and other information that we automatically collect” for a description of the personal information we may collect about you (or have collected in the preceding 12 months) and the sources of such information (such as directly from you and your device or through certain third parties). • wir können Ihre persönlichen Daten an Drittparteien weitergeben, die alle oder einen großen Teil unserer Assets und unseres Geschäfts übernimmt. Cloud-Hosting und internationale Datenübermittlung

Die von uns gesammelten Daten können in jedem Land bzw. Pre-Employment-Screening

Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind Teil einer globalen Familie, die in einem fairen und offenen Umfeld tätig wird. Es ist uns sehr wichtig, dass neue Mitarbeiter die Werte von Richemont teilen.

Deshalb behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Bewerber in den Endrunden zu bitten, sich einem Pre-Employment-Screening zu unterziehen. Dieses Pre-Employment-Screening wird auf der Grundlage der Prinzipien der Transparenz und gegenseitigen Achtung und in Übereinstimmung mit allen geltenden Vorschriften durchgeführt.

Speicherung Ihrer Daten

Wir speichern Ihre Daten nur so lange, wie es für unsere Zwecke erforderlich ist, um Sie z. B. über aktuelle und künftige Stellenangebote innerhalb der Richemont-Gruppe zu informieren und uns im Falle eines Rechtsanspruchs zu schützen. Ihre Daten werden jedoch höchstens für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren gespeichert. Nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraums werden sie gelöscht, oder, in manchen Fällen, anonymisiert. Sofern wir Ihre Zustimmung zur Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten eingeholt haben, werden diese Daten im Falle eines späteren Widerrufs der Zustimmung gelöscht, wenn sich die Verarbeitung auf keine andere Rechtsgrundlage stützen lässt.

Wenn Sie keine Benachrichtigungen über künftige Stellenangebote mehr erhalten möchten, protokollieren wir Ihre Anfrage und Kontaktdaten, um zu gewährleisten, dass Ihre Anfrage bis zum Zeitpunkt der Löschung Ihrer Daten berücksichtigt wird. 

Schutz Ihrer Daten

Wir wollen, dass Sie Ihre Daten auf unseren Plattformen sicher wissen. Somit legen wir Wert darauf, alle gesammelten Daten zu schützen. Hébergement cloud et transferts internationaux

Les données que nous collectons sont susceptibles d’être transférées, stockées et traitées dans tout pays ou territoire d’implantation d’une ou plusieurs société(s) ou sociétés prestataires affiliées à notre groupe. Parmi ces sociétés tierces, certaines utilisent des solutions de stockage dans le cloud. Pour les pays où les normes en vigueur en matière de protection des données diffèrent de votre pays d’origine, nous appliquerons aux données transférées les engagements de protection des données personnelles conformes à la présente Notice de Confidentialité.

Nous avons mis en œuvre des clauses contractuelles standard afin de garantir la mise en place de mesures de protection adéquates pour protéger vos données en cas de transfert à des sociétés prestataires affiliées à notre groupe opérant depuis des pays en dehors de l’Espace économique européen et de la Suisse. Lorsque nous transmettons vos données à un prestataire de services tiers en dehors de l’Espace économique européen et de la Suisse (voir détails dans la section « Partage de vos données »), nous lui imposons l’obligation contractuelle de déployer des mesures de protection adéquates afin de protéger vos données.

Vérification préalable à l’embauche

Nos collaborateurs font partie d’une grande communauté travaillant dans l’équité, l’ouverture et la confiance. Nous attachons beaucoup d’importance à ce que les collaborateurs rejoignant Richemont s’engagent à respecter nos valeurs communes.

C’est pourquoi nous nous réservons la possibilité de demander à tout candidat en phase finale de recrutement de se soumettre à une vérification préalable à l’embauche. Cette vérification s’appuye sur les principes de transparence et de respect mutuel et est menée conformément à toutes les réglementations en vigueur.

Conservation de vos données

Nous conservons vos données uniquement pour la durée nécessaire à l’activité pour laquelle nous les avons collectées, par exemple pour vous envoyer des informations sur les postes à pourvoir, actuels et futurs, au sein du groupe Richemont et pour nous protéger en cas de poursuite juridique. Cependant, la durée maximale pendant laquelle nous conservons vos données n’excède pas trois ans. À l’expiration de cette période, vos données seront supprimées ou, dans certains cas, anonymisées. Dans le cas où nous vous aurions demandé votre consentement pour traiter vos données et où nous n’aurions aucun autre motif légal pour poursuivre ledit traitement, nous supprimerons vos données personnelles si vous retirez votre consentement par la suite.

Si vous nous demandez de ne plus vous envoyer d’e-mails concernant les futurs postes à pourvoir, nous garderons une trace de votre demande et de vos coordonnées afin de nous assurer du respect de votre demande jusqu’à la suppression de vos données.

Protéger vos données

Nous souhaitons que vous ayez toute confiance dans l’utilisation de nos Plateformes et nous nous engageons à protéger les données personnelles qui nous sont communiquées. Si vous avez moins de 13 ans, vous ne devez pas utiliser nos Plateformes ni nous envoyer la moindre information personnelle vous concernant.

Nous sommes susceptibles d’actualiser sporadiquement cette Notice de Confidentialité. Le cas échéant, nous publierons sur nos Plateformes la liste des modifications apportées. • potremmo divulgare i dati personali a terzi che acquistano, o a cui trasferiamo tutti o sostanzialmente tutti i nostri beni aziendali e la nostra attività. Qualora dovesse verificarsi tale vendita o trasferimento, ci impegneremo per assicurarci che l’ente a cui trasferiremo i dati personali li utilizzi in maniera conforme alla presente Informativa sulla privacy.

Servizi di hosting su cloud e trasferimenti internazionali

I dati raccolti potranno essere trasferiti, salvati ed elaborati in qualsiasi paese o territorio in cui ha sede o è rappresentata almeno una delle società del gruppo affiliate o dei fornitori terzi di servizi. Alcune di queste terze parti potranno utilizzare soluzioni di archiviazione su cloud. Dal momento che gli altri territori potrebbero non presentare standard di protezione dei dati equivalenti a quelli del paese d’origine dei visitatori, continueremo a proteggere le informazioni personali del trasferimento in conformità con la presente Informativa sulla privacy.

Preselezione assunzione

I nostri dipendenti fanno parte di una famiglia globale che lavora in un ambiente equo, aperto e fidato. Per noi è fondamentale assicurarci che i nuovi dipendenti di Richemont si impegnino intensamente a difendere i nostri valori condivisi.

Pertanto, ci riserviamo il diritto di chiedere a tutti i candidati nella fase finale del processo di assunzione di sottoporsi ad una preselezione. Il nostro approccio a tale preselezione si basa sui principi di trasparenza e sul rispetto reciproco, e avviene in conformità a tutte le normative applicabili.

Conservazione dei dati

Conserviamo i dati personali solo per il tempo necessario al perseguimento dei nostri obiettivi, ad esempio per inviare informazioni relative a posti vacanti attuali e futuri in tutto il gruppo Richemont e per tutelarci in caso di contenziosi. Tuttavia, il periodo massimo di conservazione dei dati personali è di tre anni. Trascorso il suddetto periodo, i dati verranno cancellati o, in certi casi, resi anonimi. Qualora gli utenti richiedano di interrompere l’invio di comunicazioni riguardanti posti vacanti futuri, registreremo la richiesta e i dati di contatto per assicurarci che tale richiesta venga rispettata finché i dati non verranno cancellati.

Protezione dei dati

Vogliamo che gli utenti si sentano sicuri nell’utilizzo delle nostre Piattaforme e ci impegniamo a proteggere i dati personali raccolti. Limitiamo l’accesso ai dati personali degli utenti ai dipendenti che hanno bisogno di accedervi per fornire prodotti o servizi agli utenti o per svolgere il loro lavoro. Disponiamo di meccanismi di sicurezza tecnici e organizzativi (fisici, elettronici e procedurali) adeguati per proteggere i dati personali forniti dall’uso non autorizzato o da eventuali elaborazioni illecite, nonché da perdite, danni o distruzione accidentali.

Tuttavia, qualora dovessimo richiedere agli utenti di scegliere una password per accedere a determinate parti delle nostre Piattaforme, saranno gli utenti stessi ad essere responsabili della selezione di una password sicura e del mantenimento della dovuta riservatezza sulla stessa. Come modificare, cancellare o accedere ai dati personali

Gli utenti hanno il diritto di richiedere una copia dei dati personali in nostro possesso per correggere eventuali inesattezze e per aggiornare le informazioni obsolete. 事前採用選考

Richemont の社員は公正かつオープンで、信頼される環境で働くグローバル家族の一員です。Richemont の新入社員が弊社の共有された価値に対して強い責任を持つことを保証することは、Richemont にとって重要なことです。

このため、Richemont は採用の最終段階において、すべての候補者に対して、事前採用選考を受けるように求める権利を有しています。Richemont の事前採用選考アプローチは、透明性、相互の尊重の原理に基づき、適用されるあらゆる規制に従って実施されます。

お客様情報の保持

Richemont は、Richemont グループの現在および将来の採用情報に関連する情報を送信し、法的に請求を受けた場合に Richemont を保護するなど、Richemont の目的に必要である限りにのみ、お客様情報を保持します。ただし、お客様情報を保持する最長期間は 3 年間です。この期間を過ぎたお客様情報は、削除されるか、場合によっては匿名化されます。Richemont がお客様の個人情報処理に同意を必要とし、そのような処理を続ける法的根拠が他に無い状況において、お客様がその後に同意を取り消した場合は、Richemont はお客様の個人情報を削除いたします。

将来の採用情報に関する連絡を送信しないようにお客様が要求する場合、Richemont はお客様の要求と連絡先詳細情報の記録を保持し、情報が削除されるときまで要求が尊重されることを保証します。

情報の保護

Richemont は利用者が安心して Richemont のプラットフォームを使用していただきたいと考え、収集する個人情報の保護に対して責任を持っています。Richemont は、利用者の個人情報へのアクセスを、利用者に製品またはサービスを提供する目的または職務の遂行の目的で合理的に個人情報にアクセスする必要がある社員に限定しています。Richemont は、保護対策（技術的および組織的、物理的、電子的、および手順的な適切な保護対策）を導入し、利用者が提供する個人情報を、不正または非合法な処理および事故による損失、破損、または破壊から保護します。

ただし、Richemont のプラットフォームにおける特定の部分にアクセスするためにパスワードを選択する必要がある場合、お客様は安全なパスワードを選択し、パスワードを機密に保つ責任があります。他のサイトでは使用していないパスワードを選択し、他人とパスワードを共有しないでください。

個人情報を編集、削除、アクセスする方法

Our approach to pre-employment screening is based on the principles of transparency and mutual respect and is conducted in line with all applicable regulations.

Retaining your information

We keep your information for only as long as is necessary for our purposes, for example to send you information relating to current and future vacancies across the Richemont group and to protect ourselves in the event of a legal claim. However, the maximum time we will retain your information is a period of three years. After this period, it will be deleted or, in some cases, anonymised. Where we sought your consent to process your personal information and we have no other lawful basis to continue with that processing, we will delete your personal information if you subsequently withdraw your consent.If you request that we no longer send you communications regarding future vacancies, we will keep a record of your request and contact details to ensure that your request is respected until such time as your information is deleted.

Protecting your information

Children

The Platforms are not directed at anyone who we know to be under the age of 13, nor do we collect any personal information from anyone who we know to be under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you should not use the Platforms and should not submit any personal information to us.

From time to time, we may update this Privacy Notice. When we do, we will publish the changes on our Platforms. If you do not agree to these changes, please do not continue to use our Platforms.
