The following disclosures relate to the year ended 31 March 2017.
The total level of compensation awarded to members of the Board of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA and the Senior Executive Committee, including pension contributions, benefits in kind and all other aspects of compensation, amounted to CHF 29 428 529.

Highest compensation paid to a member of the executive management board
The total level of compensation of the highest paid director was CHF 8 896 886, which was paid to Mr Richard Lepeu, Chief Executive Officer.

Members of the Board and parties closely linked to them owned a total of 662 735 Richemont 'A' shares. Mr Johann Rupert is the General Managing Partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert, which holds the 522 000 000 'B' registered shares in the Company. Parties associated with Mr Johann Rupert and Compagnie Financière Rupert held a further 2 836 664 'A' shares or 'A' share equivalents.
Stock Option Plan
The Group operates a long-term share-based compensation plan whereby executives are awarded options to acquire shares at the market price on the date of grant. Further details may be found in the 2017 Annual Report on page 116.
