Share Buy-back Summary

In May 2009, Compagnie Financière Richemont SA announced the extension of a share buy-back programme. The buy-back programme was linked to the hedging of exposures arising from the Group's stock option plan.

In compliance with Swiss regulations, the Company made information available regarding share buy-back and sales activity from the start of the extended share buy-back programme on 29 May 2009 until its completion on 23 July 2009.

The completion of the programme was announced by way of a press release on 24 July 2009.
