Our approach to corporate responsibility

Corporate Responsibility (CR) describes the way the Group behaves as we run our businesses. The reputation of Richemont and its Maisons depends on the actions and decisions that each of our employees makes. Corporate Responsibility, therefore, requires a shared understanding and commitment to common values and principles of business practice. In 2005, we launched a common set of Corporate Responsibility standards which are applicable for the entire Group. These include a Code of Business Ethics, Corporate Responsibility Guidelines and procedures for managing areas of social, ethical and environmental risk. Compliance with these guidelines is monitored by our Internal Audit function, and findings reported annually to the Audit Committee and the Board.
