Our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility

For us, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is about how we manage our impacts on society and the environment. We strive to operate responsibly and to make a positive contribution to the economy, our people and our local communities.

We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of integrity and honesty in carrying out our business activities. We expect the support of our managers, employees, suppliers and associates in pursuing these goals.

For us, CSR is about continuous improvement. We seek to eliminate or mitigate risks where identified, and then to support our employees, partners and other stakeholders in their efforts to apply our principles and implement good practices. When appropriate, such as with the Responsible Jewellery Council, we also work in partnership with our peers and competitors.
