Monitoring and improving our performance

Richemont’s main stakeholders are clients, employees, suppliers and business partners, local communities, the cultural community, regulators, shareholders and the environment. These were identified through a process involving Group Audit, an independent review by an external consultant and discussions at the Group Corporate Responsibility Committee together with feedback already collected from customers and others. By working with our stakeholders and partner organisations we can understand how we are doing and improve our corporate responsibility performance.
