Silent periods

The Group's silent or "closed" periods each year are as follows:

from 1 April up to the time of the annual results announcement;
from 1 September up to the time of the Annual General Meeting and dividend payment;
from 1 October up to the time of the interim results announcement; and
from mid-December up to the time of the trading statement for the quarter ended 31 December.

These dates may vary depending on the date of relevant announcement. Ad hoc closed periods may also be introduced for broad business reasons.
