Environmental protection is a prime concern for all stakeholders, including customers, employees and investors.

A business like ours has a range of direct and indirect environmental impacts. These vary from those impacts associated with the sourcing of raw materials, through manufacturing and operational impacts, to distribution, consumer use and disposal. Our responsibility is to reduce these impacts wherever possible.

Our environmental management systems help us to measure and manage these impacts. We have codes and guidelines in place to help our Maisons in their own operations and to provide guidance to our suppliers.

Our main environmental concerns are focused on climate change including energy use and resource use.
