Richemont directly employs 16 400 people around the world. Also, through our suppliers and our business partners we provide employment opportunities for many more. Our employees can be broadly categorised into three areas:

• Manufacturing – the creative process from design through to after-sales for our products
  
• Retail & Distribution – the distribution of our products around the world including sales through our flagship stores
• Administration – head office support functions including Finance and Human Resources.
  

As a global business, we employ people around the world. The mix of employees varies by region. For example, the vast majority of manufacturing activity takes place in Europe and this is where most of our businesses are headquartered.
