In the prior year, the Group participated in the EU Commission’s consultation on the review of its Block Exemption Regulation on Vertical Restraints. The Revised Block Exemption Regulation and its Guidelines have been in force since 1 June 2010. This Regulation and its Guidelines cover distribution and supply agreements, including internet aspects.
