Proposed Dividend

The Board has proposed a dividend of € 0.60 per unit, an increase of 20 per cent over the prior year’s level. In addition, the Board has proposed that a further special dividend of € 0.50 should be paid to unitholders. The dividends will be payable following the Annual General Meeting in September 2006.
